MADU Concepts, Inc. (“MADU Concepts” or “MADU”) is a California corporation specializing in engineering services for Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) entitlement and buildouts. We operate in compliance with the laws and regulations set forth by the State of California. 

Professional Licensing 

MADU Concepts is registered with the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG) to perform civil engineering services. MADU’s services are performed under the responsible charge of a licensed professional engineer as required by California law. 

Scope of Services 

MADU Concepts provides services that fall within the scope of civil engineering, including but not limited to: 

• Assisting with the entitlement process for ADU projects. 

• Preparing and managing necessary documentation for obtaining city and county approvals. 

• Overseeing engineering designs and technical requirements related to ADU construction.

MADU adheres to all relevant rules and standards established by the BPELSG. This includes maintaining ethical practices, ensuring technical accuracy, and meeting all professional obligations to protect public safety and welfare.
